It is also used to improve our mental fitness by heightening concentration, aiding our mental quietness, and postitively contributing to our emotional stability. 

Flow yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called Vinyasa yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

Our Breathe Ryde and Yoga combo class is a perfect blend. Think of this class as your way to a stronger you. Your Ryde teacher will guide you through a fun, challenging, and rewarding Ryde. After which, your yoga teacher will guide you through your Yin Yoga practice targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. You will leave feeling stronger, lighter and balanced.

Each Power Yoga class is suitable for ALL LEVELS. The main style of yoga that we teach is called Vinyasa Yoga. This powerful, energetic, playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. The room is warmed to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. The Power Yoga flow will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind, and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a Power Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. While initially this style of yoga can seem passive or soft, Yin yoga practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to twenty minutes!
