Prenatal + Mom & Baby Yoga! 

The remarkable journey of preparing for, giving birth to and caring for a new life is a positive, transformative experience. In all the beauty and challenges of each parent's unique experience, there is the opportunity to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for what is perhaps the most important work of their lives – parenting. 

Making informed decisions about childbirth, newborn care and parenting practices is a critical investment in the relationship between parent(s) and child. This lasting investment of preparation involves becoming informed to create a peaceful, loving environment in which to grow, birth and care for a new life.

Prenatal Yoga

Sundays @ 5pm

Nurture your growing baby and beautiful body through movement and meditation. Become stronger and more relaxed as you connect with baby and prepare Your Body and Mind for childbirth and parenthood. 

Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy with doctor or midwife approval.

Mom & Baby Yoga

Wednesdays @ 11am

Regain your strength and stay connected with a sense of calm while bonding with your baby through movement and breath, surrounded by a supportive community. Comfort and nurse your baby openly. Mom’s can begin after their 40day baby moon (6 weeks postpartum) with midwife or doctor approval.

Each Registered session offers women the opportunity to connect with other women as they navigate the ever changing terrain of pregnancy and new parenthood.

Each session is between 5-8 weeks.

1) Download and register on the Breathe Cycle App and Choose 'Enrolments' from the drop down menu or;
